Diagsense provides reliable and accurate leak detection systems. in most cases, we utilize the client’s SCADA system. Diagsense Application integrates with the control system via APIs, receives the raw data, and provide an indication about the pipe status.
Diagsense offer two types of services for pipelines diagnostic:
When providing a client with a leak detection system, we always make sure to regularly update the client with the status of their pipelines using the SCADA system.
The SCADA system is used to show the pipelines status and the data taken from the sensors, (Flows, Pressures, Viscosity, Temperature) It also provides insights about the status of the pipeline and its state.
Those insights are taken from the updates given by the leak detection systems. outputs such as alarms and messages that came from our leak detection systems will be monitored and take into account regularly.
Moreover, our leak detection systems will help in the analysis and further improvement of the flow of pipelines. The flow of pipelines must always be consistently smooth without any form of obstruction to guarantee stable operations within the pipelines. Additionally, our leak detection systems will help in the analysis and further improvement of the pressure within the pipelines. The pressure within the pipelines is essential to pipeline operations because, without pressure, the pipelines will not be able to create a flow in them. Consequently, the pressure within pipelines must always exert the right amount all throughout so that the pipelines will be able to create consistently smooth flows in them.
The pressures and flows of pipelines work in a correlated manner, as mentioned above. By analyzing the correlation between the pressures and flows, our leak detection systems will be able to analyze and assess the data gathered from this correlation and suggest new and effective solutions to clients that may need help in the maintenance of their pipelines.
